After the construction diagnostic — how the implementation works

You now know where to automate. Here's how we build the solution with your field teams — not instead of them.

A costed quote validated before any commitment. An implementation adapted to on-site constraints. And a results commitment that continues after signing.

Most construction tools ask your teams to adapt. We do the opposite.

The diagnostic already mapped the real way your teams work on the ground. What follows is about building a solution around that reality — not making them adopt standard software and hoping it fits on-site constraints. If an adjustment is needed, it's the solution that adjusts, not your site managers.

You validate the quote before anything is committed

Based on the diagnostic results, we present a costed quote for the implementation. This quote reflects the real value the solution should bring you — not a generic rate. Nothing is billed and nothing starts before you've validated this quote.

The amount already paid for the diagnostic is deducted from this quote — you never pay twice for the same thing.

What happens once the quote is signed

Week 1-2

A first iteration of the solution, built directly from the map produced during the diagnostic — we start from your already-documented on-site processes, not a generic template.

End of month 1

A solid version, ready for daily use by your field teams.

Training

A half-day on site with your teams, to make sure the solution is genuinely used — not just delivered.

Follow-up month

We actively measure the time saved on the identified tasks. We stay present until we've confirmed it works under real on-site conditions.

If the goals aren't met, we keep working — at no extra cost

During the follow-up month, if the measured time savings don't reach what was expected, we don't consider the project finished. We keep adjusting the solution or training your teams until the result is there. No refund at this stage — a commitment to reach the result, not just the invoice.

We can offer this commitment because we're confident in our ability to deliver projects with a real return on investment. We carry the risk if something doesn't work the first time — not you.

From start to finish, the risk stays on our side

Before the commitment

The diagnostic is refunded if nothing profitable is found. You decide with full knowledge, based on concrete numbers.

After signing

If the time-saving goals aren't met during the follow-up month, we keep working until they are, at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions

Can the quote still change after the diagnostic?

The quote is built from the precise results of the diagnostic — it shouldn't change significantly, unless you want to broaden the initial scope after discussing it together.

What happens if we don't validate the quote?

Nothing. You keep the BPMN map produced during the diagnostic, and you're free to use it however you like, with or without us.

How do you make sure our site managers really adopt the solution?

That's the role of the half-day on-site training, and the follow-up month that comes after. If adoption is slower than expected, that's exactly what the results guarantee covers.

Can the solution be adjusted after delivery?

Yes — it's even expected. The follow-up month exists for that: observing real usage on-site and adjusting if needed, rather than treating the project as frozen at delivery.

The next step: reviewing together the results of your diagnostic and the quote that follows from it.

No commitment before explicit validation of the quote.
